Ai Chi is an aquatic body mind practice, combining the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of slow total body movement with the benefits of immersion in water. The goals of Ai Chi include focus, balance, inner strength and stretching limits. Then there is the “Plus…” In this blog we will reflect and explore each movement, then go a little further in considering breath, music, spirituality, strength, mobility and wellness at all stages of life. This blog is experiential and often includes poetry and images that hopefully enhance the goals of Ai Chi. Personal reflections and ideas for further research are always welcome. However it turns out is how it was meant to be.
